FormatKit is built around a browser-first principle. Files you select and text you enter are processed locally by your browser and are not uploaded to a FormatKit server.

Local processing

Image conversion, text cleanup and data formatting happen on your device using standard browser APIs. We do not store your input or processed output.

Analytics and advertising

We may use privacy-conscious analytics and display advertising in the future. This page will be updated with the relevant providers and controls before those services are enabled.
